About Cables & Lace LLC
Cables & Lace was founded in 2007 and is striving to be the premier yarn shop in the Indianapolis and surrounding areas. The online store will be the first part of the business to open, and we will continue to sell online after the brick and mortar store is open.
Eric M. Hinsch, Proprietor
Eric began knitting in October of 2006, and quickly became obsessed with fiber, needles, patterns, and knitted projects. He is the owner of a website design and hosting business and co-owner of a leather and ceramics business. Outside the Yarnosphere, Eric is the Supervisor of Data Services for a software company in Indianapolis, but plans to give up his day job to devote his passion and efforts to Cables & Lace. Rich Roberts
Rich is a fine artist and has been working with paint, ceramics, and 3-D sculpture since attending the Herron School of Art in the mid '90s. He is co-owner of Square Hedgehog Designs, the supplier of our leather knitting bags and needle cases. Rich has dabbled in crochet and has recently taken to using his artistic skills in needle felting.
