Doily Pineapple
I need help with crocheting, please?
I have been crocheting for about 2 years now and know how to do most stitches. I’ve been trying to find an oval doily that I like and also a throw rug. I really would like to make my own pattern, but have no clue how to do that. How do people figure out what they want their crocheted things to look like? And how do they know when to change the stitch (like to make an even amount of pineapples). I would really like to make a doily with a 5-point star, but don’t know if this is even possible. I need serious help, please!!!
I’m a member of Ravelry.com which is an online community for knitters and crochet artists. They have tons of people and groups on every subject. They have groups to share patterns on every subject you can imagine, so it might be a great place to get some new patterns and share ideas and get help to create your own.
