Wouldn’t it be the normal force and the weight force?
Third-law pairs always relate the forces two objects exerts on the other. The normal force is the contact force exerted by the surface on the block ( surface / block ), and the weight is the gravitational force exerted by the Earth on the block ( Earth / block ). They can’t be related by the Third Law because each force involves different pairs of actors. However, the weight of the block is the gravitational force exerted on the block by the Earth, so it’s Third-Law twin is the gravitational force exerted on the Earth by the block.
