Take Along
What’s the best single day tour to take along the Rhine or Mainz when in Frankfurt?
I got one day in Frankfurt and would like to take a leisurely cruise either up the Rhien or along the Mainz Rivers. I can’t seem to find anything on the net. Does anyone have any suggestions?
If you’ve only got one day, I suggest you spend it exploring Frankfurt’s historic centre, instead of sacrificing so much time to reach the Rhine.

, but the main advice there seems to be to get to Mainz and start a Rhine cruise from there (which is of course the part of the river Rhine that most people do cruise on, because it is the most beautiful.
I’ll also put some Rhine day cruise company links below.
But, as I said, if you’ve only got one day you might get into time trouble (considering that you have to get to the Rhine and back as well).
