Victorian Afghan

Does anyone own the Afghans on the Double Book?
I have bought and misplaced this book twice. I’m beginning a pattern from it that I’ve done before and know most of, but what I don’t know is how many I need to chain at the beginning.
The pattern is the “Victorian Lace” and to avoid any confusion, the “double” does not refer to a double ended hook, but to afghans made holding two strands of yarn together at once.
you may want to go to the craft store where you have been buying the book and flip through the book to the pattern and see how many chains are required, unfortunately nobody in my circle owns this book
