Is it ok to take One-A-Day womans active metabolism vitamins?
I’m 18 and weigh about 103, maybe more because my scale isn’t that great. I want to loose weight, and a friend of mine took this product and went from 110 to 95Ibs. So should I take it?

I doubt that is all your friend did. 95 lbs., unless you’re 12 or 4’9″, is anorexic weight. Was she just taking the vitamins, and not eating anything else?
Eating disorders aside, it probably won’t do any harm, but it would be questionable whether it would do any good. I would guess that it has some ingredients that are supposed to help the thyroid?
You don’t mention how tall you are. Unless you are very short, you’re probably underweight already, so unless you’re talking about starving yourself, you may not be able to lose any weight, regardless of the vitamins.
