Is it possible to turn a seasonal pond into a year round pond?
Is it possible to turn a seasonal pond into a year round pond? We are looking at a property in N. Cal that has 2 ponds, 1 above the other, spring fed. I LOVE the ponds but they are already getting low!! (6-4-09)

yes. Just add a water source to them. Or maybe see why their normal source is drying up. But, keep in mind you may only be able to do it by adding water. I used a sprinkler for mine. I took a sprinkler out and turned it to a drip watering hose. I just added about three gallons a day and that was enough. My pond was pretty small.
